Dockside Studio is a commercial photo studio run by photographer Neville Mountford-Hoare.

Dockside Studio offers a full photographic and retouching service combined with studio hire and equipment rental. Situated by the river Medway in the historic town of Rochester just 37mins by train from London St Pancras Station,

The Studio offers both daylight a blackout capabilities and covers 61 square meters. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen making it perfect for food photography, comfortable sofa area, makeup station and 2.72m colourama backdrop system.

About Neville Mounford-Hoare - Photographer

Neville is commercial photographer & retoucher with 20 years industry experience. After graduating with a BA in photography Neville went on to assist many renowned photographers within London. After practicing his craft Neville moved into freelancing and over his career has worked with many major brands and companies within the advertising, editorial, design & publishing industries. 

Neville ia a member of “The Association or Photographers” and his commercial work has focused mainly within the fields of still life, drinks and product photography but is not limited to these areas and he continues to work on editorial and lifestyle projects as well as producing a wide range of imagery for design, marketing and stock content.

About Studio Hire

Dockside Studio is available to hire offering photographers a professional and fully equipped creative space. The Studio is a 650 square foot open plan layout and provides a great range of equipment and facilities to make any shoot go perfectly. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing seating area, 2.72 backdrop system, music system, broadband and parking for one car, ensuring both comfort and practicality.

A great range of lighting equipment is also included when hiring the studio. A full list of all the equipment available is laid out on the “Studio Hire” booking form.

About Equipment Rental

Dockside Studio also provides equipment rental allowing photographer to hire equipment outside of the studio. Equipment can be rented out for anywhere between 1 to 7 days and includes Camera kit, flash and LED lighting plus a range of lighting modifiers. Damage waver insurance can be provided with all rentals providing peace of mind and cover should anything go wrong.
